Coming from the lightly worked upper back area, its marbling of fat makes it very good for grilling, as well as, both flavorful and tender. Served with potato or French fries and a side salad.

We serve a delicious 8 oz 70/30 blend of ground chuck. We serve them a little better than Medium, unless you order it more well done. Burgers come with a side of fried potatoes. Substitutions are extra.
